In my capacity as Chairman of the 12 Wing Shearwater 423 Maritime Helicopter Squadron Christmas Party, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the excellent meal your company provided for us on December 2nd, 2006.
This is the second consecutive year that you have catered to our Christmas Party. The wide variety of choices that included turkey, roast beef, salmon, and vegetarian lasagna proved to be a big hit with the 230 people in attendance.
Our decision to have you cater the meal again directly influenced this years' attendance to our function. We had a dramatic increase of over 50 per cent more Squadron members and guests once it was advertised that Rudy's Catering was providing our meal. The quality of the meal, professional service and attention to detail made my job much easier and worry free.
Once again, please accept my sincere appreciation for a job well done! We look forward to utilizing your professional staff again in 2007.
